Two Performance Tune-Ups Per Year – Regular check-ups should occur twice per year, and these visits can help use identify problems early, before they turn into expensive repairs. Your system will also run more efficiently, saving you money on your monthly utility bill.

24 Hour Priority Service – When you have a service agreement with us, we promise to have a technician to your door within 24 hours of your call for emergency service. This applies any 365 days per year including weekends and holidays.

20% Off Replacement Parts – If you do need repairs, we will provide a 20% discount off replacement parts.

Labor Warranty – We guarantee all our work for 30 days after service. If you have a problem, we will return at any time within 30 days free of charge to solve the problem.

Energy Saving Coil Cleaning – Keeping your coils clean ensures your system is running efficiently, reducing your operating costs and ensuring the life of your system. Even just a small layer of dust can significantly reduce efficiencies.

No Trip Charges Or Service Call Charges – Program customers will never pay a service charge when they call us. Other companies can charge up to $100 just to come to our home.

10% Off New Unit Purchases – When you need to purchase and install a new unit, program customers receive 10% off the complete purchase and installation of new units. New units today average more than $5,000, and this discount can provide significant savings to our customers.
